Most computer problems don't need someone standing over your shoulder. I remote into your machine, see exactly what you see, and fix it live while you watch, usually the same day you ask.

Would rather just talk it through? Call or text 203-280-2084, booking a slot isn't required.
Remote support isn't a lesser version of an in-person fix. For most software and performance issues, it's actually the faster, more direct option.
Most sessions start the same day you reach out, sometimes minutes later, not a multi-day wait for someone to show up.
Everything happens on your own screen in real time. Nothing is ever done without you seeing exactly what's happening.
One price, agreed before we start. No hourly clock running in the background while you wait around.
I don't just fix it and disappear. I'll explain what was actually wrong in plain language, so you walk away knowing a little more than you did before, not just with a working computer.
No software to figure out and nothing complicated on your end.
Book a slot or just message what's going on. Most non-urgent issues get scheduled within a day or two, urgent stuff is often same-day.
You click one link and approve the connection through a well-known, secure screen-share tool. I see your screen exactly like you do, nothing more.
I walk through the fix while you watch, explaining what I'm doing along the way. The session ends the moment we're done, or the moment you want it to.
Remote support is a Care Plan perk, but you don't need to be enrolled in one to get help.

Being upfront about what remote support is actually good for, and what still needs hands on the machine.
Yes. A session only ever starts after you approve it, you can see everything happening on your own screen the entire time, and you can end it instantly whenever you want. There's no unattended or background access, ever, unless you specifically ask for that as part of an ongoing Care Plan check-in.
That happens sometimes. If a remote session can't get to the bottom of it, I'll say so and we figure out the next step together, whether that's an on-site visit or signing up for a Care Plan.
No. It's a session-based screen-share connection that ends when we're done. Nothing stays installed or running in the background afterward.
Not for remote support. It works the same no matter where you are, on-site visits are the only part of CorsaWorks limited by distance.
It's handled right after the session, no surprises and nothing charged before you know exactly what the visit involved.
Yes, that's a lot of what these sessions actually are. I go at whatever pace makes sense, explain things in plain language instead of technical shorthand, and I'm happy to have an adult child sit in on their parent's session or book it on their behalf.
Book a session or just reach out directly, most requests get a same-day response.
