A workstation is only as good as its upkeep. Dust builds up, drivers fall behind, and the small issues that would've taken ten minutes to catch turn into a dead machine on a deadline. A Care Plan is me showing up on a schedule so that never happens to you.

A Care Plan isn't an upsell tacked onto the build. It's the difference between a machine that performs like day one for years, and one that quietly slows down until it needs replacing early.
It's one of the most common reasons a machine loses performance and lifespan, and almost nobody deals with it until something overheats. A thorough interior cleaning every visit heads that off before it starts.
Regular diagnostics catch a failing drive or a thermal issue while it's still a five-minute fix, not a dead machine and a lost workday during crunch.
When something's off, you're calling the person who built the machine and already knows it, not opening a ticket and waiting for a callback.
Care Plan clients get priority parts pricing and a guaranteed response window, so if something ever does need a real fix, you're not waiting behind everyone else.
Essential covers the fundamentals. Premier gets you there more often and adds real perks on top, not just a faster number.
There's no hardware in this number. A Care Plan is entirely the relationship and the upkeep, priced the same transparent way as everything else on this site.
Not vague "support" language. Here's exactly what happens on every visit, and how the two tiers actually differ.

Care Plans currently cover the machine itself: hardware diagnostics, drivers, firmware, and performance. Software support (Revit, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and similar) isn't included yet, that stays with your vendor or in-house IT for now, though it's something I'm looking at adding down the line. General computer help, like a slow machine, malware, a printer that won't connect, or software acting up, is covered through free remote support sessions, included on both tiers. If a Care Plan client isn't local, the on-site visits become a scheduled remote check-in instead, everything else stays the same. "Free labor on minor upgrade installs" covers straightforward swaps like RAM, an SSD, or a storage drive, on parts you already own or buy through CorsaWorks, not a full rebuild or a new custom loop. "Response SLA" is measured differently by design: Essential gets a same-day response target, Premier gets a binding promise that the actual issue is resolved, not just acknowledged, within 48 hours.
Yes. There's no lock-in contract. If a Care Plan stops making sense for you, you cancel and it ends at the close of that billing period, nothing owed after.
Usually, yes. The first visit includes a full diagnostic pass to get a baseline on your machine before anything else, so I know exactly what I'm maintaining going forward.
You can still sign up. On-site visits become scheduled remote check-ins and diagnostics instead, and priority parts pricing and response SLA still apply the same as a local client.
Yes, anytime. If Premier's monthly visits and faster SLA turn out to be worth it, or Essential's quarterly cadence is genuinely plenty, just say the word and it changes on your next billing cycle.
A free 15-minute consult covers which tier actually fits how you use the machine, no pressure either way.
