Pricing

Every quote is two numbers, not one: hardware, and the fee for the work.

No bundled price with a markup hiding inside it. You see what the parts cost and what you're paying for the build, the install, and the relationship, every time.

Custom Builds

Built for what you actually run

Every build is priced off exactly what parts it takes, not a marked-up number, whether that's the software your team runs or the game you want to play at 4K. Hardware ranges reflect real spec variation within a tier, but the build & install fee is flat no matter where you land. Component pricing (RAM especially) has been unusually volatile industry-wide this year, so treat these ranges as a starting point, your exact number gets confirmed against live pricing after a consult.

Specialty Builds

Water cooling & color-themed rigs

Same flat-fee approach as every tier above, it's just a bigger flat fee here, because there's genuinely more hands-on work in the build.

Full Custom Water Cooling

Soft-tube or hardline custom loops (EK, Alphacool, Bykski, and similar), specialty coolant, and reservoir/pump placement planned around your case from the start, not bolted on after. Every loop gets a full 12-24 hour leak test before the rest of the build ever gets powered on. Built for lower temps, near-silent operation, and a machine that looks as good as it runs.

Hardware & coolant, at costQuoted with your build
Build & Install Fee$400+ flat
Higher than your tier's standard fee because loop planning, leak testing, and routing take real extra time, not because the parts cost more.

Color-Themed PCs

Parts sourced and matched to a specific color palette or theme: cables, coolant, RGB lighting, and case accents all included, so the finished build looks intentional, not thrown together. Works with or without a water-cooled loop.

Themed parts sourcing, at costQuoted with your build
Build & Install Fee$400+ flat
Higher than your tier's standard fee because sourcing matched parts and detailing the build takes real extra time, not because the parts cost more.

Every tier has its own standard build & install fee, $350 for CAD/BIM Standard, $500 for Render/Design Pro. Water-cooled and color-themed builds start at $400 flat and run higher from there depending on your tier, purely because of the extra time involved, hardware is still priced at cost either way. For context, professional water-cooling labor alone typically runs $150–$500 in the broader market on top of parts, so this fee sits solidly mid-market, not a premium markup. Bring the idea to a consult call and we'll quote the exact number together.

Not just the tower

Monitors, keyboard, and mouse, sourced and installed alongside any build tier, whether it's a new seat at the firm or a home office setup.

Why It's Priced This Way
Hardware stays close to cost. What you're actually paying me for is the work, and for knowing it was done right.

I could mark up parts and call it a bundle, plenty of people do, but you can price-check the same components in five minutes, and I'd rather earn your trust than bet on you not looking. Keeping hardware transparent and pricing the build & install fee as its own line means that fee only moves when there's real value behind it: faster turnaround, stronger guarantees, better supplier relationships, never because I quietly padded a number on you.

As those relationships improve, the savings don't disappear into a sticker price you'd never notice, they go straight into the fee instead: faster builds, parts I stand behind, and a warranty that actually means something.

Freelance / gig builders

e.g. Micro Center
Parts physically installed. No burn-in testing, no OS/driver setup, no delivery, no relationship after checkout. $149 – $199

CorsaWorks Consulting
Still your build, but with a real parts list, a compatibility check, and a walkthrough of the process before you buy anything. See the Consulting page. $35 flat
DIY (self-build) You source every part, assemble it, troubleshoot driver issues, and stress-test it yourself, on your own time, with no warranty behind it. $0 fee

That fee isn't one flat number for every job, it scales with what the build actually needs: $350 for CAD/BIM Standard, $500 for Render/Design Pro, more for a full custom water-cooled loop. It's the same price band as hiring a freelance builder for comparable work, the difference is everything that's actually included: real burn-in testing, OS/driver setup, in-person delivery, and someone local who still picks up the phone after. Most shops in the area don't publish a number at all, you only find out after reaching out. Every price on this page is disclosed before you ever have to ask.
