Do I need a paid plan?
Not necessarily. Claude has a free plan that includes Projects, so many people can start there. A paid plan gives you more usage and makes sense if you hit the free limits. At the time of writing, Anthropic lists Pro at $20 a month, or $17 a month billed annually, but plans and prices are set by Anthropic and can change. We'll talk through which one fits on the discovery call.
Is my data safe?
Everything lives in your own account, under Anthropic's terms and your own privacy settings, and we can look at those settings together during the session. I never ask for your password and I don't hold your logins. Keep patient information, payment card numbers, and other regulated data out of it entirely, and be thoughtful about anything else you wouldn't want stored in an online account.
What do I need to bring?
A computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection, and an email address for the account. It also helps to have a few real examples of messages you send over and over (like a review reply or a quote email), with any private customer details removed, and a short description of your business and how you like to sound.
What if I'm not tech savvy?
That's who this is built for. If you can use email, you can do this. We go at your pace, in plain language, and you do the clicking with me guiding, so you know how to use it afterward.
What if I get stuck after the session?
Call or text me at 203-280-2084 and I'll help you work through it. I make time for the people I work with, and the one-week check-in is there for exactly this.
Can you help with social media content?
Yes, if you want it. We can set up your Claude project to draft posts, captions, and short video scripts in your voice. It drafts, and you review and post. I don't run your accounts, and I can't promise followers or sales.
Is there ongoing help after the setup?
Yes. After your one-week check-in, you can choose optional monthly support if you'd like continued help. We'll cover how it works on the discovery call.
Do you promise results?
No. AI tools can make mistakes, and what you get depends on how you use them. My job is to set it up properly with you and show you how to use it. I can't promise a specific amount of time or money saved, and you should always read what it writes before it goes out.
Is this connected to Anthropic?
No. CorsaWorks is an independent business. Claude is a product of Anthropic, and I'm not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Do you only work locally?
No. Sessions are by video, so it works the same wherever you are.
