Most computer problems don't need a house call, and remote sessions work the same no matter where you (or I) are. That also makes this a genuinely good option if you're helping a parent or family member who'd rather have someone patient walk them through it than fight with it alone.

You stay in control the whole time: nothing starts without your OK, you watch everything happen on your own screen, and you can end the session the second you want to. Same standard as everything else on this site, just faster.
